1. What this website is

This website is an informational, business development site describing a proposed service through which Thelema intends to acquire and manage will books from solicitors who are retiring or winding down their practice. Thelema Enterprises Limited is not currently trading and has not yet entered into any will book transfer arrangements.

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and booking a call through this site does not create any binding obligation on either party. Any actual engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement, negotiated and signed by both parties.

Thelema is not a firm of solicitors and does not provide, and nothing on this site should be treated as, legal advice or a reserved legal activity. If you require legal advice, please consult a qualified solicitor.
